The station is built under a contract with Ukrenergo.
The prosecutor's office claims that it is being built above the gas pipe. Their “proof” is a drawing of a geodesist with the location of the station and a pipe made by hand. Without any coordinates and distances.
The law requires that the station be 2 m from the gas pipeline. This condition is fulfilled – to it 5 m.
State bodies, including gas service and urban planning inspection, have not found violations.
