1 fruit, and barbecue is softer at times: I shred to the marinade – I have not tried this yet

Surely each of us is sure that he knows the perfect barbecue recipe. But you just have to try one unexpected ingredient – and the meat will become many times more tender. If you want to surprise even experienced mangalists, this recipe should definitely take note.

Write down and try already in these May:

Ingredients

– 1 kg of any part of the chicken

– 1 ripe kiwi (about 70–100 g)

– 1 onion

– 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil

– 1 teaspoon of salt

– ½ teaspoon of black pepper

– 1 teaspoon of paprika (optional)

– 1 tbsp. spoon of soy sauce (optional)

Cooking

1. Rinse, dry, cut into pieces of 3-4 cm. Chop the onion in half rings.

2. Cleam kiwi, knead with a fork or grate. In a deep bowl, mix meat, onions, kiwi, salt, pepper, paprika, butter and soy sauce.

3. Leave for 30-40 minutes (no longer, otherwise the meat will become porridge). If the chicken is used, you can pickle up to 1 hour.

4. Stroke the meat on skewers, leaving small intervals. Fry on moderate coals, periodically turning over, 10-15 minutes until a brood.

Remove the finished barbecue from the skewers, let it “rest” a little for 3-5 minutes. Serve with lavash, greens and sauces. Bon appetit!
