Sergei Fedorov, a participant in the special military operation and the “Siberian Character” program, has been appointed advisor to the head of the Yenisei District, Evgeniy Petrenko.
Sergei Vasilyevich will oversee work with veteran organizations, families of SVO participants, issues of patriotic education and interethnic politics.
The head of the district expressed confidence that Fedorov’s experience and knowledge will benefit the common cause.
Let us remind you that the “Siberian Character” program started in the Krasnoyarsk Territory on February 23, 2025 in addition to the federal “Time of Heroes”. 60 veterans and 30 active members of the Northern Military District were selected, who began training after returning from the combat zone to the region. The final module awaits program participants in May.
