Plans for a lasting armistice in Ukraine, announced by European leaders in Kiev, caused a virulent reaction from former Russian president Dmitri Medvedev, current vice -president of the Security Council. It is irritated by the threats related to new sanctions, if the Kremlin will not agree.
“Macron, Merz, Starmer and Tusk had to discuss peace in Kiev. Instead, they throw threats against Russia. Either an armistice to give a break to banner hordes, be new sanctions. Do you think it is an intelligent thing, right?
Macron, Merz, Starmer, and Tusk Were Supposed to Discuss Peace in Kiev. Intead, they are blurting out threats against Russia. EITHER A TRUCE FOR THE RESPITES OF BANDERITE HORDES or NEW SANCIONS. You Think That's Smart, Eh? Shoves Peace Plans up your Pangender Arses!

Previously, the Kremlin spokesman, Dmitri Peskov, had a more weighted reaction to the warning of the “will of the will” regarding the application of new sanctions against Russia, if it will not agree with an armistice for a period of 30 days.
Peskov said on Russian state television that Moscow will not be intimidated and that she is already used to punitive measures.
“We are already thinking about what we will do after these sanctions will be imposed, how we minimize their consequences (…) the attempt to scare us with sanctions,” Peskov said.

Warning from Kyiv for Putin
According to the summit of the “Coalition of will”, Volodimir Zelenski and the four European leaders who came to Kiev – Emmanuel Macron, Friedrich Merz, Keir Starmer and Donald Tusk – “had a fruitful conversation with Donald Trump, focused on peace efforts”, announced the Minister of Ukraine, Sîbiha.
“Ukraine and all its allies are prepared for a complete and unconditional armistice on land, in the air and at least at least 30 days, starting on Monday. If Russia agrees and ensures an effective monitoring, a sustainable armistice and confidence consolidation measures can open the way to peace negotiations,”
If the Kremlin refuses, “there will be a massive tightening of sanctions and will continue the massive help for Ukraine. Politically, of course, but also financial and military,” Merz said in an interview with the German daily Bild.
“We agree with the US government, Donald Trump. We are asking for a 30 -day fire, so that the peace negotiations can be prepared during this period. The ball is now in Putin's field. Putin must respond to this offer,” the chancellor insisted, who visits Kiev on Saturday together with the French leaders.
The US president “clearly loses his patience with Putin,” he added in the mentioned interview.
