Hungary issued two Ukrainian diplomats. They accuse them of espionage

Hungary issued two Ukrainian diplomats on Friday. The head of the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Peter Szijjarto accused them of espionage. This move is a reaction to the disclosure of the Hungarian espionage of the Hungarian espionage in the corner by the Ukrainian services.

“Today we issued from Hungary two spies working under a diplomatic cover at the Ukrainian embassy in Budapest,” said Peter Szijjarto on Friday afternoon in the recording posted on his Facebook profile. In his statement, Szijjarto also referred to information published on Friday morning about the security service of Ukraine (SBU) of the spy of Hungary's military intelligence. According to the minister, the reason for disclosing this information is that “we, Hungarians, we want peace, we speak war +not +, we have never provided weapons of Ukraine and we will not do it; we did not allow and we will not allow us to be drawn into this war.”

The minister also argued that it was about Ukrainian retaliation when a referendum is underway in Hungary regarding Ukraine's accession to the European Union. “We will not tolerate this type of slandering actions taken in Ukraine against Hungary and the Hungarian nation,” he added.

On Friday morning, SBU informed about the breakdown of the espionage network created by the Hungarian military intelligence. Her actions focused on the cornering circuit bordering with Hungary in the southwest of the country.

On the same day before noon at the Szijjarto press conference, asked to comment on this matter, he stated: “Unfortunately, the last three years have proved that the war in Ukraine is partly a propaganda war. Therefore, apart from the physical war in the airspace and the front war, propaganda war is fighting.” The head of Hungarian diplomacy also added that “in Ukraine, anti -heavy propaganda is often grown, which in many cases turned out to have no grounds.”

Journalists of the opposition media point out that at no time Szijjarto has questioned the truthfulness of the information provided by the Ukrainian side, nor did he deny that Viktor Orban's government was conducting espionage in Ukraine.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Sybiha announced on Friday that Kiev issued two Hungarian diplomats in response to Hungary's actions, based on reciprocity; Diplomats have 48 hours to leave Ukraine.

“Two Hungarian diplomats must leave our country within 48 hours. We just called the Hungarian ambassador to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and presented it with the appropriate note.
