Ingredients:

  • one sheet of finished puff pastry;
  • 200–250 g of cheese;
  • Egg yolk + 1 tbsp. l. milk – for lubrication;
  • a bundle of green asparagus;
  • Salt, pepper, olive oil.

Cooking

  1. We heat the oven to 180 ° C (top-nose, without convection).
  2. We defrost and roll out the dough, form the sides, you can just turn the edges.
  3. Put the grated cheese in the middle, leave a little to sprinkle from above.
  4. We cut the asparagus from below and lubricate a little with oil, salt-fervor and spread on top of the cheese.
  5. Lubricate the edges of the dough with yellow with milk – for a good shine, and sprinkle still sprinkle with cheese.
  6. We bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
