Ingredients:
- one sheet of finished puff pastry;

Cooking
- We heat the oven to 180 ° C (top-nose, without convection).
- We defrost and roll out the dough, form the sides, you can just turn the edges.
- Put the grated cheese in the middle, leave a little to sprinkle from above.
- We cut the asparagus from below and lubricate a little with oil, salt-fervor and spread on top of the cheese.
- Lubricate the edges of the dough with yellow with milk – for a good shine, and sprinkle still sprinkle with cheese.
- We bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
