Krasnoyarsk was told how to quickly complain about the financial organization

The Bank of Russia launched an online service for people who were faced with deception in financial institutions. There you can complain about the bank, MFIs, insurance or management company, broker, NPF or financial marketplace.
“The service will come in handy, for example, when the bank or MFIs imposed unnecessary financial services, the insurer refused to formalize the CTP or the broker did not allow money to withdraw money,” says the information on the portal of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation “Financial Culture”.
To file a complaint, you must log in to the public services portal. The appeal does not need to apply documents or other confirmations of violations, but the service does not provide for the complaint. If there are many similar appeals, the regulator will check the company and punish the offender.
In cases where people will report on illegal immigrants – companies without a license – data about them will be transferred to the police and the prosecutor’s office, and the site will be blocked.
