
In everyday bustle, there is not always enough time for complex dishes, but this does not mean that food should be boring or tasteless. Budget recipes are often the most successful – they are tested by time and do not require unnecessary trouble. Simple ingredients, a little effort – and a fragrant pie will appear on the table, which the whole family will like.

Ingredients
For the test:
- 2 cups of flour (approximately 250 g)
- 1 cup of kefir (250 ml)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
For the filling:
- 500 g of white cabbage
- 1 small onion
- 1 carrots (optional)
- 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil for frying
- salt, pepper, spices to taste
A step -by -step recipe
1. Cut the cabbage, chop the onion in half rings. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Heat the pan, fry the onion to transparency, add carrots, then cabbage. Stew 10-15 minutes until soft, salt, pepper.
2. Mix kefir, eggs, salt and vegetable oil in a bowl. Sift flour with baking powder, gradually insert into the liquid mixture, stirring. The dough should turn out to be thick, as for pancakes.
3. Lubricate the baking dish with oil. Pour half the dough, flatter. Distribute the cooled cabbage filling. Pour the second half of the dough.
4. Heat the oven to 180 ° C. Bake the pie for 35–40 minutes until golden brown. Check readiness with a toothpick.
Cool the finished pie slightly, cut and serve warm. He is good both in itself and with sour cream.
