According to the Ural Meridian IA, adolescents attacked the boy during a change when he changed into physical education. The students pulled him from the bench to the floor, twisted him, pulled a toe from him and put him in his mouth. Schoolchildren shot what is happening on the video. The offenders stopped only when a call to the lesson rang.

“A criminal case has been instituted under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on the unlawful actions of schoolchildren against their peers. Investigators will interrogate employees and the leadership of the school, as well as direct eyewitnesses, ”the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation of the Sverdlovsk Region said.

Law enforcement officers also noted that in connection with the frequent cases of bullying, they will check the officials of the prevention, education and internal affairs system. Based on the results, a procedural decision will be made.
