This is not Mr. Jerzy Ż. He paid in the Gdańsk magistrate for the purchase of his studio – Karol Nawrocki did it by bank transfer, although he had claimed differently so far. Moreover, in the notarial deed of the preliminary contract, he grants a power of attorney to a marriage to dispose of the premises that “intends to sell them”. This is even more tangled and the already complicated case of a studio, which can bury the chances of a civic candidate for the second round and the rest of the political career.


Even an avalanche of political comments did not start after reports that Karol Nawrocki would testify untruthful at the notary public as to the payment of Mr. Jerzy Ż. The amount of 120 thousand PLN, and Onet informed about another intrigue in the residential scandal of the presidential candidate.
Onet reached documents that show step by step how the senior lost his right to his apartment. In February 2010, he submitted an application at the Gdańsk City Hall on the desire to buy his municipal apartment with a 90 % discount. The studio was then valued at 120 thousand. PLN, which means that Mr. Jerzy could become its owner for 12 thousand. zloty. From previous reports, it showed that Karol Nawrocki gave this amount to his neighbor, who paid her at the city's ticket office. Now, however, Onet has reached the transfer order, in which it is clearly written that it was the head of the Institute of National Remembrance that made a transfer in one of the Millenium Bank branches. The title of payment, according to the documents disclosed by Onet, is:
Purchase of the premises [adres] Mr. Jerzy Ż.
And signature: Karol Nawrocki.
Three months later, the marriage of a politician concludes a preliminary contract for the sale of an apartment, which will only be possible after 5 years (to meet the requirements of the discount granted by the municipality). She was the main heroine of Przemysław Czarnek's press conference, who would point out that the marriage has already paid for the apartment, because they certified with the notary public. Later, however, Karol Nawrocki exists even more, claiming that he transferred the amount in installments because of the good of Mr. Jerzy.
However, not only this attracts attention in this document. Before the notary public, Mr. Jerzy Ż. It allows Karol Nawrocki and his wife to have an apartment, which “is just going to sell them” and “authorizes them to conclude a sales contract […] on the conditions set out in this preliminary contract, and under other conditions – at the discretion of proxies, including for themselves” – quotes Onet. This power of attorney was also described as” irrevocable “. In practice, so they became the owners of the premises and decided, among others, about its sale.
When a time of 5 years passed, they only showed a previous power of attorney to sell and buy a flat of Mr. Jerzy at the same time. This is clear from the 2017 notarial deed, because paragraph 2 says:
“Karol Tadeusz Nawrocki and Marta Sandra Nawrocka, acting on behalf of Jerzy Ż., In the performance of the preliminary sales contract of January 24, 2012 [tu numer notarialny umowy] They sell the ownership of a dwelling themselves [tu adres nieruchomości]”.
The senior himself did not even have to participate in the entire transaction, which could confirm the words of the babysitter, who said that he was surprised that the apartment was not his.
The children of Mr. Jerzy also took the floor, with whom they have not kept contacts for years. The senior decided to leave his family early and did not pay maintenance on them. They emphasized that after 40 years around 2014 the father spoke to them, but as they indicate in Virtual Poland, “he failed to get along with him. He was in a different world”.
