There is a new property declaration of Rafał Trzaskowski. The value of the President of Warsaw has increased

After subsequent reports regarding Karol Nawrocki's apartments, questions are asked about what property his competitor has in the presidential election, Rafał Trzaskowski. “Fakt” reached the latest data.

The case of Karol Nawrocki's apartments is developmental and we learn about new facts every day. After on Monday, the matter of transferring the apartment of Mr. Jerzy, an 80-year-old disabled man from Gdańsk came to light, in exchange for care (which was not allegedly, hence the accusation of extorting the apartment), on Tuesday Onet reached the former old man's guardian. She reported that she had to participate often in paying electricity bills or medicines for the Lord, which she dealt with on behalf of MOPR.

After these reports, Karol Nawrocki decided to publish his property declaration, which, however, showed that he was the owner of not one and not even two apartments, but three premises. Originally he said that there is only one apartment in his possession.

Further, during a stormy press conference, PiS MP Przemysław Czarnek, standing in defense of Karol Nawrocki, even showed the will of Mr. Jerzy.

Meanwhile, “Fakt” reached Rafał Trzaskowski's latest property declaration, who, as the president of Warsaw, must submit such a document every year. The statement shows the state of property at the end of 2024.

Rafał Trzaskowski has:

• 243 thousand PLN 369 (together with savings in the III pillar), 2230 euros, $ 3,400 (as part of the marriage community),
• A flat with an area of ​​79 sq m valued at PLN 1.2 million (a year earlier at PLN 1 million)
• A flat with an area of ​​103.5 sq m valued at PLN 1.3 million (a year earlier at PLN 1.1 million)
• A flat with an area of ​​38 sq m, belonging to the property of Małgorzata's separate wife (life imprisonment) valued at 500 thousand. PLN (earlier at PLN 350,000)
• A plot with a 36.5 sq m summer house valued at 70,000 PLN (it has not changed here)
• Volvo XC70 car, 2011, together with my wife
• Furniture (antiques) – a decline from parents
