We emphasize that, of these, three contraventional sanctions, totaling 45,000 lei, were applied to the organizer of the sports event, and a contraventional sanction, worth 5,000 lei, was applied to the specialized security and protection company, for the non -observance of the obligations.
At the same time, a complementary sanction regarding the prohibition of access to sports competitions over a period of six months has been applied. Next, checks are made to identify and sanction other persons who have violated the legal framework in force ”, the Gendarmerie said.
