  • Vegetable oil to taste.

Cooking

  1. Cut the bark about 1.5 cm thick. Break the meat on both sides.
  2. Mix ground zira, dry mustard, peppers, garlic powder, sugar and salt. Grate the meat with a mixture on both sides.
  3. Heat the pan and grease with vegetable oil. Put pork and fry for two minutes on each side. Reduce the fire to medium and fry the meat for eight minutes until cooked, turning over time over time.
