The brawle from the Kansky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory drove and threatened his wife with murder and beatings.

As the police told, a conflict occurred between the 39-year-old accused and his civil wife born in 1981, returning from work. The man drank heavily and jealous his wife, after that hit her and demanded to leave the house.

However, he soon went after his wife, knowing that she could have a neighbor. The hostess tried to put him out the door. Getting angry, the man pulled out an awl from his pocket, waved to the offender and began to threaten. The woman took the threat as real. Together with the victim running to her, she was able to push the aggressor out of the house and close.

The investigative-operational group detained the attacker. In his defense, he explained that he only wanted to scare women, as he was very angry. Based on the evidence collected and the results of the forensic medical examination against him, criminal cases were instituted under Part 2 of Art. 116.1 “Bathing a person with a criminal record” and part 1 of Art. 119 “The threat of murder or causing serious harm to health” of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

The investigation is completed. The materials of the criminal case, together with the indictment, were sent to the judicial authority.
