Steel Galați solved his financial problems. The band from Galați will receive 3 million lei from the County Council.

Galati County Council put on the table 600 000 euros
Decisive in the recovery of the team was the involvement of the Galati City Hall, which provides about 1.6 million euros per season of the football club.
As the funds from the municipality were not sufficient, and the Galați Combined could not offer the promised financial support, Steel also appealed to the Galati County Council. The mentioned council responded affirmatively to the request of the group from Superliga, to which, this week, the allocation of 3 million lei, about 600,000 euros.
The Danube hopes to strengthen their budget and by recording the position they occupy now, the first in the play-out, which generates consistent funds from television rights.
It should be noted that this week CJ Galați also approved the support of other sports groups, for example the champion from Futsal, United, who received 230,000 lei.
Steel is currently in the first place in the play-out. The band has 31 points accumulated and is followed by Hermannstadt which has a less point.
