At least 10 violations of fire safety requirements were revealed by experts during the last verification of the building of the former Moscow electric factory in 2021. Among them:
– The premises are not fully equipped with automatic fire protection tools.
– Also, no maintenance and repair of automatic fire protection equipment was carried out.
– The category of explosive and fire hazard was not defined and incorrectly indicated on the doors.
– The quality of fire -retardant processing of supporting metal structures was not tested.
In 2007, the leadership of the electric factory transferred production to Zelenograd and Ufa. Soon, the premises inside the building began to lease. So there appeared dance studios, skate zones, a photo studio and much more. There, artists often shoot clips, take pictures of installations and shoot video bloggers.
