The main reason for the closure of the Traffic Light stores in the Central Federal District is the sale of overdue meat without documents and falsifications. From last week, points are massively stopped working, the main legal entity has been eliminated.
During one of the checks, the Rosselkhoznadzor seized more than a ton of meat – 106 kg were sold without veterinary accompanying documents, another 944 kilograms without marking the manufacturer – neither the date of manufacture, nor storage periods. Laboratory studies have shown that in the dumplings “elite” and sausage “tea” there is a Bird DNA that does not contain on the label. In the composition of dairy products, vegetable oils and fats, yeast and preservatives were found. Falsifier, delay and incomprehensible products were seized and destroyed.
Similar violations were found in Svetof stores in Moscow, Altai Territory, Arkhangelsk, Irkutsk, Tver, Yaroslavl, Moscow, Omsk, Tula regions, Buryatia, Karelia, Udmurtia and the Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
Plus, they identified registered stores that did not work in fact. 20 in the Irkutsk region, 9 in Udmurtia and 7 in Buryatia.
Administrative affairs were brought to the stores. Information about them was sent to the prosecutor’s office, regional veterinary services, suppliers and manufacturers.
