This year, the picnic falls at the end of the week. Some institutions also gave their employees free on May 2 in exchange for a holiday falling on Saturday. This group includes several banks that the branches are closed this Friday.
The picnic falling around the weekend is an opportunity to extend the time spent on rest or dealing with matters for which we do not have time on a daily basis. However, not everything we put on can be realized. For example, some banks' branches will be closed.
Banks inform about closed branches on their websites or on their profiles in social media. These include:
- Alior Bank,
- New bank,
- Bank Pekao,
- BNP Paribas Bank Polska,
- Credit agricole,
- Nest Bank,
- Santander Bank Polska.
Some of them also informed about other difficulties. May 2 this year. The hotline at the new bank will be closed. In the case of Santander Bank Polska, some Kontanktu channels – the Business Service Center and company customer service center will be turned off on this day.
On the other hand, Bank Pekao and Credit Agricole designated several facilities that will be open on this day. The first of them will open four units – two in Gdańsk, Łódź and Chełmno. Credit Agricole customers will be able to use branches in galleries in Poznań and Łódź.
