The Ministry of Emergencies of the Krasnoyarsk Territory reminded which vessels are subject to compulsory registration.
Navigation for small vessels begins from the moment when the reservoir is completely freed from the ice. While it is undesirable to go out into the water, it is better to postpone this business to a warmer period. And it is better to register the ship now, they are reminded in the department.
For registration, it is necessary to fill out the form on public services, pay for the state fee, and then come with the vessel and a package of documents to the selected unit of the Russian Emergencies Ministry of Emergencies. There, the inspector will conduct an inspection of a small vessel and send a ship's ticket upon completion of state registration.
Inflatable boats, the most popular small ship, are not subject to registration. Their service life is quite limited: after 5-10 years they wear out, and they are no longer exploited or handed over for disposal.

A small vessel is also not subject to state registration if its total mass is less than 200 kilograms and engine power up to 8 kilowatts inclusive. This also includes sports sailing ships less than nine meters in length and non -duplicate non -self -propelled vessels, whose size does not exceed 12 meters.
The removal of the boat from the register is possible only at the request of the owner. Courts that are no longer able to enter water due to their malfunction or destruction are subject to exclusion from the registry. After the exclusion from the register of the Russian Emergencies Ministry of Emergencies, it is impossible to return the ship back, since it is excluded due to malfunctions at which the vessel is either impossible or unsafe.
Within two weeks, each shipowner must notify the registration authorities on the change in data – address, surname, accounting property.
Before entering the water, do not forget the safety rules, a ship ticket and a license certificate.
