Russia believes that the distribution of Western military units in Ukraine is absolutely unacceptable. They will be considered justified purposes – said Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Sergei Szojg during a meeting of high representatives of BRICS countries supervising security issues that take place in the capital of Brazil.
