
When you want something sweet for tea, but the time for cooking is cut off, then simple cottage cheese balls are helped out. In five minutes they will be on your table – cut off the time.

Ingredients
- 250 g of cottage cheese (8% fat)
- 1-2 tbsp. l. honey (or sugar/syrup to taste)
- 50 g of coconut chips (for sprinkling)
Cooking
1. Squeeze the cottage cheese through gauze to remove excess moisture, and wipe it through a sieve (or open a fork) so that there are no lumps.
2. Mix cottage cheese with honey until a homogeneous mass and form small balls the size of a walnut.
3. Then roll them in coconut chips and remove them into the refrigerator. After half an hour, the dessert can be served to the table.
As a result, you will get about 12 balls. It is better to store them in the refrigerator and no more than two days. They are ideal for both a light breakfast and a snack during the day. Bon appetit!
