Governor Mikhail Kotyukov spoke about the situation in hospitals in the Krasnoyarsk Territory during a direct line.
“No mass contractions are supposed. We do not have enough doctors and nurses. It is necessary to conduct an actual analysis of staffing. Already ⅔ regional institutions have passed through it. The states are often inflated. In one hospital, there is a shortage of narrow specialists in a clinic and an excess in a hospital. It is necessary to make redistribution in order to comply with the norms of the Federal Ministry of Health, ”explained Mikhail Kotyukov.
The governor also assured, “no one will expel doctors on the streets.” In addition, Mikhail Kotyukov cited a hospital as an example in one of the cities of the region, where 29 accountants work.
“They have everything with a salary. And there are not enough doctors. Of course, it is necessary to update the staffing, ”the governor said.
Recall that in February in Krasnoyarsk and the region, rotation of the head physicians of a number of hospitals began.
