The State Duma proposed banning foreign agents from receiving money not in rubles
State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin announced the preparation of a bill that will regulate the income of foreign agents.
According to the deputies’ plan, all payments from the use of the results of intellectual activity and brands will be transferred to a special ruble account, the opening of which will be mandatory for a foreign agent.
All other capable cash payments will be prohibited. Volodin expects that the bill will begin to be considered next week.
