Kimmel, one of the most popular characters of television in the United States in a humorous way comments on current events. In the last program, he assessed that the next peaks of absurdity were achieved, because “clicks the magician (…) at all costs I try to present the young man who murdered Charlie Kirk as someone other than one of them and does everything to break political capital on it.”
The 31-year-old Kirk was shot on September 10 in front of the crowds, during the debate at the Utah Valley University. He died after transporting to the hospital. On Sunday in Glendale, in Arizona, a ceremony was held commemorating the killed activist, during which President Donald Trump called him “martyr for freedom” and announced that he would award him the presidential Medal of Freedom.
