Krasnoyarsk inspector of the traffic police received a criminal record with a fine for a bribe from the dealer of a car

In Krasnoyarsk, the court sentenced a large fine of the traffic police inspector for a bribe from his friend.
The prosecutor’s office said that in July 2024, her friend, engaged in the resale of cars, addressed the senior inspector of the traffic police No. 3. The man invited her to receive extra money for the accelerated re -registration of cars on him without queue.
The inspector agreed and within a month accepted the documents for several dozen cars, receiving 84 thousand rubles for this. At the same time, the reward passed through the bank account of another friend of the reseller. Thus, he tried to insure him so as not to be caught.
Given the position of the prosecutor, the court found the woman guilty of receiving a bribe (part 2 of article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and sentenced to a fine of 750 thousand rubles. Also for 2 years, she will not be able to work in law enforcement.
The criminal case against the bribe taker is allocated into separate proceedings.
