VTB determined the most “extrovert” and “introvert” regions on the method of registration of bank cards

VTB analyzed how bank cards are issued and determined where most often they come to the office, and where they order an exit manager for this.

According to the results of the study, a campaign to the office turned out to be more popular in 33 extroverts regions, and exit service in 37 Introvert regions. This was announced by the deputy presidential chairman of the Board of VTB Georgy Gorshkov.

On average, Russia accounts for 20 % of all bank cards. In 9 subjects of the country, the share of output services reaches 28 %. The leaders of the regions-“introverts” became the Astrakhan, Lipetsk and Ivanovo regions with an indicator of 28 %. In the Tambov region, this indicator reached 27 %, and in the Kostroma, Bryansk, Kemerovo regions, republics of Chuvashia and Bashkortostan – 25 %. For comparison, in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, an exit manager invites 18 % of the inhabitants of the region.

In the “extrovert” regions, the share of office service prevails over delivery. Here, customers visit offices more often, preferring live communication with bank employees. Only every tenth card is remotely issued. The Top of such regions included the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, where 90 %falls on issues in the branches of the bank, Kamchatka Territory (88 %), Murmansk region (87 %), Tula and Magadan regions (86 %each), as well as the Ryazan region (85 %).

The average age of the customer of the on -site service is 33 years, but both children and pensioners use delivery. The youngest customer of banking products and services is 14 years old, and the younger recipient is 7 years old. The most age client at the time of delivery turned 104 years old.

The main product in delivery is debit cards: 78 % of customers order them for themselves and 13 % for loved ones, including children's cards. Savings and investment products account for 7 % of all requests. Also, employees help to issue loyalty programs, transfer salaries, pension or social payments to VTB, connect notifications and digital services.
