“Harvard is an anti -Semitic, extremely leftist institution, like many others, to which students from around the world are admitted, who want to destroy our country. This place is a liberal mess, allowing a certain group of madmen to spit anger and hatred. It's really terrifying!” – wrote Trump.

The American president also called to dismiss a lawyer working for his company, Trump Organization, and representing Harvard.

“Harvard is a threat to democracy, with a lawyer who represents me, and who should be forced to give up immediate resignation or released. In any case, he is not so good and I hope that my very large and beautiful company, now managed by my sons, will get rid of him as soon as possible!” – wrote the president.

Trump did not give the person's name, but – as the AFP agency noted – it is probably about William Burck, a lawyer enjoying great respect in Republican circles. He is an advisor to Trump Organization and was asked by Harvard authorities to defend the university against the White House.

This is not the first time Trump attacks the famous university in unrefined words. Last week, the US President said that Harvard is a mockery, where the leftist is working, therefore – in his opinion – the university should not receive federal funds. The White House also frozen over $ 2 billion in grants for the university, and in the answer Harvard authorities sued Trump's administration to court.

On Wednesday, Trump signed an executive regulation regarding the process of accreditation of universities. This document is crucial because it determines which educational institutions qualify to receive federal support, such as student loans and Pella scholarships.

The regulation obliges the secretary of education to pull accreditation bodies responsible for “poor results” or violating the provisions on civil rights. Federal authorities will be able to refuse accreditation, monitor, suspend or terminate contracts with universities that do not meet established standards. (PAP)
