Adolescents who are accused of beating a military man in Kyiv were appointed house arrest


It is noted that three 17-year-old suspects were appointed round-the-clock house arrest, and 15-year-old-night (from 20.00 to 6.00) to June 19, 2025.

Among the risks that the prosecutor read to all the suspects were the destruction of documents, the influence on the victim and witnesses, and the continuation of the commission of similar crimes. According to the lawyer of one of the suspects, the soldier himself allegedly provoked a fight. The case states that according to eyewitnesses, on that day he left the hydropadic allegedly drunk and cursed loudly.

In a separate conversation with journalists, he refused to talk about the circumstances that entailed the fight. Parkhomenko said that he spent several days in the hospital, has several bruises, but now he feels good. According to the military, he is no longer in Kyiv, but returned to his military unit.

According to the prosecutor’s office, the victim was a military man who was serving in one of the National Guard units and came to the capital on vacation.

On April 21, defendants were reported to suspicion of group hooliganism. They can face up to four years in prison.
