The court found the driver of a foreign car guilty of committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code (Violation of the rules of the road, resulting in the death of a person by negligence and causing grievous bodily harm). He will serve his sentence in a colony-settlement. And after the release, he will not be able to drive vehicles for another 2 years.
