Law enforcement officers noted that the grenade exploded on the roof of the car, but as a result no one was injured.
“The remains of ammunition were found on the spot, its whereabouts are established. The 41-year-old violator explained that he did this due to the noise from the neighbors,” the report said.
Investigators of the Podolsk police department opened a criminal case for hooliganism (part 4 of article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The defendant can face up to seven years in prison.
