Although the body knows how to do its job alone, the modern lifestyle-stress, chaotic meals, processed foods-can put pressure on these organs. Sometimes, a little gentle and natural help is needed to support them and give them a well -deserved break.
We have selected four simple recipes, but with real benefits: it hydrates, drain, support digestion and contribute to reducing inflammation. In addition, they are tasty, colorful and easy to integrate into your daily menu – without feeling that you give up the pleasure of eating.

Refreshing, moisturizing and alkalizing – melon salad is perfect for hot days or after heavier meals.
Ingredients:
2 slices of watermelon without seeds, cut into cubes
½ cucumber cleaned and cut into thin slices
A handful of mint leaves
1 hand of feta cheese
½ lime juice
1 teaspoon of seeds in grinded
Method of preparation:
Mix everything in a bowl and serve cold. You can add a splash of extra virgin olive oil for added flavor.

2. Easy soup with apio celery, leeks and parsley
Ideal to consume between meals or in the evening, before bedtime – supports the liver and elimination of toxins.
Ingredients:
2 Apio celery rods
1 large leeks (including the green side)
1 Fresh parsley connection
1.5 liters of water
Sea salt, pepper, turmeric
Method of preparation:
Boil all the ingredients for 30-40 minutes, strain and keep the liquid. It can be consumed hot or at room temperature, with a splash of olive oil added before serving. You can make a larger quantity and keep it in glass bottles at the freezer.
3. Fast lentils of pumpkin and turmeric
Easy, healthy and fiber -full – ideal for fast and healthy lunches.
Ingredients:
1 cup of boiled lentils (or canned, well rinsed)
½ red onion
1 pumpkin cleaned and cut into cubes
1 teaspoon of turmeric
A splash of extra virgin olive oil
Salt, pepper and cumin to taste
Method of preparation:
Heat the onion in the oil, add the pumpkin, lentils, spices and a little water. Allow to boil over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

A classic that always works – detoxifying, invigorating and friendly with the kidneys.
Ingredients:
1 slice of fresh pineapple
A hand of raw spinach
1 piece of cleaned ginger (1-2 cm)
1 glass of coconut or cold water
1 teaspoon of seeds in grinded
Method of preparation:
Mix all the ingredients in the blender until you get a creamy consistency. Drink it in the morning, on an empty stomach.
You do not have to live only from salads or completely remove salt to reduce bloating. It is not about punishments, but about listening to the body, giving it real foods and gentle rhythm.
