In Krasnoyarsk, the court sentenced a man who killed the Russian freestyle wrestling champion.
The murder occurred at night from January 1 to 2 in a house on Chernyshevsky Street. The united press service of the vessels of the Krasnoyarsk Territory recalled that previously familiar young people came to visit a friend. At some point, after drinking alcohol, the guests quarreled among themselves.

The attacker has an intent to kill the opponent, who was the champion of Russia in freestyle wrestling. He went to the kitchen, took a knife there and inflicted several strokes, including one blow to the chest on the left. After that, the man again went to the kitchen, there he found a metal scoop and hit the guy on the head. He died at the scene.
Information about the murder was reported to the duty unit, against the attacker they opened a criminal case under Part. 1 tbsp. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Murder, that is, intentional infliction of death to another person“).
The court found the man guilty and sentenced him to 9 years in prison. A man will serve a term in a maximum security penal colony. The court noted that the verdict has not yet entered into legal force, the parties have time to appeal it.
