“Half a thousand transactions and 1,800 ha of purchased real estate under the voluntary program were reached by the Central Transport Port company. 95 % of buildings and 88 percent of land are already reported to the CPK airport. At the same time, the first transactions under the railway PDN for the section between Warsaw and Łódź were launched – CPK said CPK on Tuesday. She added that under the program, CPK bought almost 1890 plots.
As reported, the company still takes over the real estate under the PDN in the area where the airport is to be built, and in the framework of the railway voluntary program to buy (KPDN) purchases areas under the “Y” line on the Warsaw -CPK -Łódź route.
The announcement indicates that in the area of location decision for the CPK airport and the western part of the railway junction, the CPK company bought over 1260 ha, which is 49 percent. total area of this area. 2280 ha, or 88 percent, have been reported to PDN. necessary land. Within the limits of the location decision, CPK also signed notarial agreements regarding 66 percent. buildings, and taking into account all ongoing procedures over the following weeks, this value should be 75 percent. Negotiations or the date of signing the notarial deed regarding other buildings are still underway.
In the case of KPDN, the first transactions were concluded, under which the company bought six built -up properties. The owners of over 70 houses decided to sell them, who have already signed the applied arrangements with the company. These transactions – as indicated – will be finalized in the coming weeks. On the pilot section of the KPDN, reports from the owners of 190 plots were registered, which is 95 percent. real estate that was qualified to participate in KPDN. In the case of 93 plots, the company also has signed arrangements and a real estate acquisition process is being prepared.
“To PDN, we still accept reports from landowners outside the area of location decision, and to participate in KPDN we issued invitations to built -up property owners along the planned KDP line (high speeds – PAP) from Warsaw to Łódź. In both cases we meet with great interest of the program's offer” – said CPK President of CPK Filip Czernicki, quoted in the communication.
Czernicki said that people reporting to KPDN get a proposal to buy real estate at a replacement value without taking into account the degree of consumption or the possibility of increasing the valuation prepared by independent appraisers by 20 percent. In 2031, the airport is to obtain the necessary certifications, and in 2032, it is to be commissioned with the first episode of KDP in Poland Warsaw – CPK – Łódź.
