Turbulent deliberations of the State Tribunal. Judge Piotr Andrzejewski leaves the meeting

On Friday, the three -person composition of the State Tribunal decided to exclude twelve judges from the case related to the possible revocation of Małgorzata Manowska's immunity. The National Prosecutor's Office applied for the revocation of immunity and the president of the Supreme Court, planning to make her three penalty charges. PK representatives announced their presence at the Wednesday meeting.
Despite the decision issued, some of the excluded judges appeared in the Supreme Court building, without accepting the tribunal's decision. On the spot, they met with a refusal to enter from protection and SN employees. Jacek Dubois, one of the excluded members, firmly commented on the situation, threatening the police intervention and informing that he intends to report the fact that the State Tribunal is not entitled to a meeting.
The culmination of the conflict during the State Tribunal sessions
The next exacerbation occurred during the meeting. At twelve o'clock, sixteen people from the group of judges of the State Tribunal entered the room, which further raised the level of tension. Piotr Andrzejewski began the meeting, emphasizing that the meeting takes place in a three -person warehouse, while welcoming the excluded members, which met with controversy.
During the discussion, Andrzejewski demanded that the excluded judges take off the gowns and took the designated places for them. He pointed out that the deliberations took place in the Supreme Court and appealed for the end of political disputes, ordering the off members a photo of gown and the transition to the indicated places. After the escalation of the conflict, he ordered an earlier break and left the room in an atmosphere of tension. When leaving, he pushed the chair, almost throwing a sitting person out of him, and then left the room violently.
