Earlier, the US President said he asked Putin “Spare completely surrounded” units of the Ukrainian army.
To this, the head of the Russian Federation noted that the Armed Forces of Ukraine committed numerous crimes against civilians. Their actions are qualified as terrorism.
The Ukrainian military will be guaranteed life, but only if they lay out their weapons and surrender, Putin concluded.
