Ingredients:
- Milk (1 l)
- Sugar (125 gr)
- Chicken egg (4 pcs)
- Lemon zest (1 pc)
- Vanilla sugar (10 g)
- Soluble cocoa (25 g)
- Corn starch (50 g)
Recipe:
To make the pudding tasty and fragrant, first bring milk with the addition of lemon zest almost to a boil, then strain and let cool. Next, beat the yolks with sugar and vanilla, adding starch and mix. Pour the resulting mass into milk and, stirring, cook to thicken. Finally, pour into molds, sprinkle cocoa and put into the refrigerator until the morning.
