“Salad” Beauty “with chicken and hard cheese is one of those salads without which there is no holiday! We need boiled chicken fillets, carrots and potatoes. One of the layers is pickled champignons,” the site says.
Ingredients:
- two chicken fillets;
- 250 g of pickled champignons;
- two potatoes;
- two carrots;
- 300 g of cheese;
- 200 g of onions.
Ingredients for pickling onions:
- 60 ml of water;
- 20 ml of vinegar.
Cooking
- Boil the fillet in salted water until cooked.
- Clean boiled potatoes and carrots.
- Cut the onion in small cubes, put in a container. Pour water so that it covers the onion. Add the same amount of vinegar.
- Cut the fillets and mushrooms with the same cubes.
- Put the chicken layer evenly on the bottom of the plate, add mayonnaise and flatter.
- Put the mushrooms on top.
- Drain the pickled bow through the colander and put it on the mushrooms.
- The next layer is grated potatoes. Lubricate it with mayonnaise on top.
- Next – grated carrots and a layer of mayonnaise.
- The last layer is grated cheese.
- Cover the salad with a film and refrigerate for two hours.
