A Moscow official was beaten over the head with a chair at work – he refused to pay the contractor 800 thousand rubles for crookedly laid asphalt.
According to Mash, a civil servant from Mosvetstation entered into a government contract for road construction with Artstroy LLC. The contractor laid 100 meters of soft asphalt at random. The official refused to pay for such hack work.
Then the angry head of Artstroy, 36-year-old Artyom (pictured), came running to his office. He grabbed a chair and hit the offender on the head with it. The victim received stitches.
And the office Rimbaud was detained, he admitted guilt.
