Wołodymyr Zelanski issued instructions on this matter during a meeting with representatives of civil society. Then the government adopted a resolution that approves the procedure for creating training centers, as well as their functioning and requirements for their activities.
The relevant document was developed under the direction of Iryna Wereszczuk, deputy head of the Chancellery of the President. Representatives of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Territorial Defense Forces, Regional Military Administration, as well as non -governmental and volunteer organizations also participated in the work sessions.
The standard training program will be approved when veterans are appointed to managers of centers and instructors. The latter will undergo training in military higher education institutions.
