Donald Trump's duties are how administration affects global markets, and as a result also on Polish entrepreneurs, and it's like not only international surroundings, but Poland itself supports or on the contrary from the company from the Vistula. We talked with Krzysztof Domarecki, the founder of Selena about this at East X West Forum.
Actually, from the beginning of the second term of Donald Trump, the new administration began a customs rollercoaster and with both China, with whom Trump fought in previous years, but also with traditional partners – the European Union, Japan, Korea, and in the whole world, and in the whole world whose markets are loose as before, and rule, investors and companies try to find each other. Only how? Krzysztof Domarecki suggests staying peace and says “Let's do our own”:
“Remember that President Donald Trump must solve very serious American problems, such as 36 trillions, i.e. $ 36,000 billion in American debt, which must start to reduce somehow. And he is trying. At the same time I pay attention to the fact that we as Poland operate within the European Union, which here works as a perfect stabilizer for European companies. Individual countries would not cope with the states with states. But As a Union, as a whole, we can negotiate quite a lot“.
However, we asked the main shareholder of Selena not only about the international surroundings, but also about what around us, on the Vistula. The repolonization and support of Polish entrepreneurs announced by Donald Tusk, our interlocutor comments:
“I read this with great hope as an element of a certain evolution of the thinking of Polish political elites that you cannot be successful on an international scale without support, without having strong, your own private companies. And large companies, not small and medium -sized.”
Krzysztof Domarecki pointed out, however, that how it continued to develop depends on the specific initiatives: “It was the first step and the first slogan, and it was very good. However, now it's time for specifics.”
One of the specifics presented by the government is the deregulation initiative, led by entrepreneur Rafał Brzoska. As Krzysztof Domarecki assessed, deregulation is a derivative that we have a very complicated system that translates into barriers to the development of the economy and impoverishment or inhibiting the process of richness of society.
“These barriers have already suffered so much that we are currently trying to solve this issue, once again. This is not the first initiative in the last 30 years, called deregulation. I note that we need to change not only the regulations, because this is a process for about 2 years of work, and not only 100 days, but we must also change the mentality of the state apparatus, including administration. Transfer her to support the economy and that the chief task of the official is to help entrepreneurs in business development, because without it we will lose as a state. “
