The Polish general is alerting. “NATO needs to be saved”

Gen. Stanisław Koziej was asked about Russia's recent attacks on Ukrainian cities. In his opinion, subsequent impacts of Vladimir Putin's army on civilians only confirm that the Russian dictator intends to continue the war until victory.
He pointed out, however, that these attacks may be surprised because Moscow strives to normalize relations from the USA, and yet he torpedo peace talks with brutal attacks on purposes in Ukraine.
– Putin can see that he doesn't have a good chance for a real reset with the United States. The US recently reported that they would not improve economic relations with Russia until the conflict in Ukraine is over – said Koziej.
Gen. Koziej: NATO must be saved
Speaking of the future of NATO, the former head of the BBN assessed that it depends largely on whether Ukraine could survive Russian aggression. – If the West allows the Russians to win whether it is militarily or politically, we are in a black scenario – he emphasized.
– Today we are in a situation where NATO needs to be saved. We are between the Russian hammer and anvil of the new American foreign policy. Without the US, NATO would not exist – added General Koziej in an interview with RMF FM.
