A family contract from a tiece of the Irkutsk region, which stole goods from trucks on the move, will appear before trial in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. This was reported by regional police and the prosecutor's office.
Recall that the criminal group was discovered in 2024. It consisted of the whole family of four-a 58-year-old father, mother and two unemployed sons of 36 and 30 years. All men in the family had criminal records for theft. The group acted at least two years in the territory of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Irkutsk region.
For thefts, they equipped two cars, in which it was possible to easily dismantle the windshield in motion. Crimes were committed exclusively at night, without light head. Father, while driving, caught up with the wagon, attached from behind. One of the brothers took off the windshield, threw a tie tied on the rope through the window, which allowed to press closely to the truck and stand on the “neutral”.
The second son of the hood reached the truck right on the go, at a speed of 80-100 km/h. Then he cut the locks on the doors and overloaded part of the goods into the salon. Drivers of heavy trucks learned about the theft only after a while, when cut seals were found in the parking lot.
The men did not forget about conspiracy – they put on the Balaklavs, mobile phones were not taken to the crimes, they used exclusively swearing gloves and talked only by walkie -talkie. The property was subsequently sold by the mother. She set prices, talked with buyers, received money and distributed it between family members. Thefts were the main source of family income.
It is known that five companies were injured. The total amount of damage amounted to 1.5 million rubles.
So, in April 2023, accomplices made their way to the trailer of the Scania truck and carried out clothes for 640 thousandYach rubles. Three months later, in the Nazarovsky district, in the same way, they stole alcohol worth 92 thousand rubles.
Crime participants do not admit the guilt. The prosecutor's office of the region approved the sons, father and mother an accusation of the theft (paragraph “a” of part 4 of article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The property of accomplices was seized. The criminal case will be considered by the Nizhneingash district court.
