“We have in mind which players we want and in which positions. Now let's see the budget, it won't be a very big one. That's why we were saying that we have to be very careful to see what we can bring, the players who want to come with us to get performances, because we can't afford some players with old states.

Those players cost money and unfortunately we can't afford them. So we have to be careful, be inspired and I say that as we have been so far, we will be from now on and we will choose some players with whom we can achieve our goals.

I say we need a minimum of 4-5 players. I also had discussions with the boys in the dressing room. Everyone had to know, I didn't lie to anyone. I told them that unfortunately that's how it is in the life of every team when you step up.

Florin Maxim: “The works on the Petroșani stadium have not yet started”

At Corvinul, there is uncertainty regarding the stadium where they will play at home at the start of the season. The plan is for the team to play in Petroșani, but the arena needs improvements. And the work has not started.

Corvinul has two options for the first matches in League 1, Sibiu and Târgu Jiu.

I heard about Sibiu, I heard something about Târgu Jiu, but I don't know anything for now. I knew that the works would start on “Petre Libardi” in Petroșani, but for now they have not started. Let's see if they will be ready in time. If not, a few stages I think we will play somewhere else, but I don't know where exactly.

Florin Maxim also clarified the situation regarding his future on the Hunedoren bench:

“100%. But we are also an example. When you are united, it is possible. This is why I also said about transfers, for nothing you bring added value that does not integrate, does not fold to what we ask of them or are valuable players for nothing if they do not integrate into the group.

Every time we have found the right players and we, along with FC Argeș, are the example that it is possible.

They were the revelation this year, let's call it that, they played good football. Let's not forget how they promoted: they promoted from first place, although they had little chance of making the play-offs.
