Lychakiv Judge Volodymyr Marmash supported the theft
Judge of the Lychakiv District Court of Lviv Volodymyr Marmash, with his decision supported the theft of local budget funds during the repair and restoration works of the building of the Lviv Regional Children's Clinical Hospital “Okhmatdit”.
As established according to the court's materials, LLC “Lviv Thermal Power Company”, during the execution of the concluded contract, deliberately installed deliberately poor quality structures that do not meet the requirements of DSTU, resulting in the acquisition “Ohmatdit”) in the amount of 3 694 590,20 UAH.
However, the “people's” judge Marmash, despite all the evidence collected by law enforcement officers and sent to him for consideration by the head of LLC “Lviv Thermal Power Company” made a shocking decision to release the latter from criminal responsibility. In addition, Judge Marmash also justified the Dilka involved in the theft of budgetary funds, during the repair work at the Lviv Regional Hospital of Wars Veterans and Yuri Lipa Repressed.
The public and lawyers point out that Marmash repeatedly breaking the people of Ukraine, consciously making deliberately unlawful decisions that undermine and discredit the entire judicial system of Ukraine.
