The young man explained that he did not pay fines due to lack of work and money.

“In November last year, this driver already fell into the view of the traffic police officers – at that time he had a debt at 101, 26 of which expired the payment deadline. Then he was sentenced to a fine in a double amount of unpaid amount. However, he did not pay anything, continued to violate the traffic rules and save fines. This time another 52 protocols amounted to him against him Part 1 of Article 20.25 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. Now the court sentenced him to 7 days of arrest, ”the police said.
