The CNA reminds that the BEC stated that “as long as the USR party has a candidate participating in the electoral competition, in the first round of election, this political formation cannot do an election campaign of any kind to another candidate in the same electoral process.” This is where it represents a violation of the legal provisions provided in art. 36 para.
