The operation “Pipe” reduced the number of dryers in the Sudzhi area by a third, and our fighters were able to enter the settlement. Now there are battles in the industrial zone.
According to our data, preparation for the operation began in late February and lasted more than a week. The goal is a sabotage in the rear of the enemy and the haul of the dryers from distant settlements back to Suju.
On March 1, oxygen cylinders were delivered to the entrance area.
On March 2, our small groups began to enter the pipeline and move towards Suda.
The fighters spent several days without light and normal air, waited for the command to storm and left the late evening of March 7.
Ours overcame more than 15 kilometers through a pipe with a diameter of 1.4 meters. One of the zones of landing was the bypass Sudzhi from the north.
More than 100 people from the 11th and 106th brigades, the 30th regiment, the Marine Corps, OdshRB Veterans, the Vostok DSR and the Akhmat special forces are involved in the operation.
