Four people who participated in the violence on March 9, in front of the Central Electoral Bureau, in a rally for the support of Călin Georgescu, were brought to the hearings on Tuesday. The four are investigated in an outrage file, disturbing public order and destruction. Police officers have searched at their home.
Police officers from the General Directorate of Police of the Municipality of Bucharest – Criminal Investigation Service, under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Bucharest Court, implemented four home search warrants, in the municipality of Bucharest and in Ilfov county, in a criminal file, in which the criminal offense is carried out.
Police say that some of the protest participants would have begun to manifest violently, in the sense that they resorted to acts of physical violence against law enforcement, throwing hard objects in their direction and caused street damage and to several companies located in that area.
Specifically, a 44 -year -old woman threw fumigans, a 48 -year -old man supported actions on overturning a van, and a 49 -year -old man threw boulders in the gendarmes. During the searches, a man targeted in the file was detected.

“From the research, it was established that in the exercise of violent actions, the suspects would have used blunt objects, and the damage would have been caused by arson. In order to administer the probative material, today, April 15, 2025, four home search warrants were set up, three suspects were detected. Led to hearings, at the headquarters of the Prosecutor's Office next to the Bucharest Court, in order to be ordered the legal measures that are required.according to the General Police Directorate of the Municipality of Bucharest.
