Ingredients:

  • 1–1.5 kg of sub -wraps;
  • 1.5 tsp. salts;
  • Black ground pepper to taste;
  • 1 tsp. papriki;
  • five to six cloves of garlic;
  • 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.

Cooking

  1. Rinse and dry the sub -wrap.
  2. Combine salt, pepper, paprika, chopped garlic and vegetable oil. Grate the harness from all sides with a mixture.
  3. Put the chopped garlic on the inside of the meat, wrap it in a roll and tie with a tightly culinary thread. Leave for an hour at room temperature or at night in the refrigerator.
  4. Wrap tightly in the parchment and foil and bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for about two hours.
