A minibus fell in the Danube on Monday, April 14, 2025, after colliding with another vehicle, on DN6, on a viaduct in Mehedinti. The moment was surprised by a surveillance camera in the area.
From the pictures you can see how the vehicle collided with another car, and after the impact, it fell into the Danube waters. According to the police, it was established that this is a freight transport utility, driven by a Bulgarian citizen, who was alone in the car.
“The plunged vehicle was pulled with a special crane and, in this way, was brought to the shore. The victim was evacuated. This is a Bulgarian citizen, and the vehicle is registered in Germany”, Declared the prefect of Mehedinti Alin ISUF.
